Established in 1995, Shenzhen Yizhan Weaving Craft is a manufacturer and exporter of picnic baskets and backpacks. Our product line also features wine baskets/bags, cooler baskets/bags, pet baskets/bags, gardening baskets/bags, BBQ baskets/bags, beach mats, picnic blankets and shopping bags. We deliver to Europe, the Americas, Australia and Asia. Pier 1 has been sourcing from us since 1999. Carrefour, Auchan, Tesco, OBI, Loblaws, Target and Wal-Mart are also our long-term clients.
Releasing 12 designs and outputting 40,000 pieces monthly
Our 20-strong R&D team can release 12 attractive designs every month, which we showcase at Frankfurt sourcing fairs twice a year. Over 1,000 workers operate 20 production lines at our two factories covering a total of 20,000 square meters, outputting 10,000 picnic baskets and 30,000 backpacks every month.
Using an MIL-STD-105E sampling scheme to inspect azo-free materials
Our picnic baskets are all made by hand from the finest willow, fern, bamboo, sea grass, rattan and wood. All our azo-free materials meet FDA, SGS and BV standards and are inspected using an MIL-STD-105E sampling scheme at our ISO 9001:2000 certified factory.
